Please keep in mind:
All Pro Officiant packages include: Unlimited cell phone/email/video call consultations, Early arrival on site, Professional & complimentary attire, Ceremony performance, & Assistance with marriage license filing. I do charge a Travel Fee for locations outside of Summit County ($65 per hour of drive time). To officially book me & reserve your date, simply sign the proposal/contract & pay the 50% non-refundable booking fee. Since I do not attend Rehearsals, I arrange a time to talk through all necessary details with my couples ahead of time, and can even provide a Rehearsal Guide if needed. I do not provide sound equipment or mics. I HIGHLY recommend hiring a Planner or Day-of- Coordinator since I am not one, and they are SOOO fabulous at what they do. |

We’ll meet for relaxed, 1-hour sessions to talk about real life together—communication, conflict, money, dreams—and everything in between, in a space that feels honest and judgment-free (and very much not therapy). Through cozy conversations and couple-assignments, you’ll get simple tools to make “we” decisions, handle tough topics with more grace, and deepen your connection before you walk down the aisle. With 3–5 session packages available, this is intentional time to plan your marriage, not just your wedding, so you start this new chapter feeling closer, clearer, and truly on the same team.

No worry on your plate (or your planner’s)—just a seamless ceremony polished to perfection. And when paired with Custom Ceremony Design I’ll help craft the actual content so they truly rock it!

Phil was absolutely amazing both as our officiant and pre-marital coach! We had a meeting call with a couple officiants, but we just loved Phil’s energy, intelligence, and zest for love and life! Scheduling and communication were a breeze. He was easy to talk to in our sessions, and gave us good advice that helped us diffuse and resolve conflicts, as well as navigate how to combine our lives. The scripts he wrote were so beautiful, but we were still able to pick our favorite versions and he encouraged us to tweak it as we liked to get everything just right. Working with Phil never felt transactional, like he was just a good friend. He arrived early before our wedding, and it was amazing to have him there as a source of calm and confidence.
